The other day Allison and Autumn were arguing over who could make the best pork chop. Naturally I was thinking I make the best pork chop, but didn’t interrupt the scuffle. Of course the next thing I hear, “Mommmmmmmmmmm who do you think would make the best pork chop?” I honestly didn’t know. I mean, Allison is older, and probably has actually made them a few times. Whereas, Autumn, albeit younger, watches enough Food Network she could be the next Chopped Champion. So let’s put it to the test. THE AUTUMN VS. ALLISON PORK CHOP SHOWDOWN. (Imagine that in your best announcer voice) In this Corner::
Autumn’s Pork Chop (serves 2)
2 Boneless pork chops 1 C Panko Bread crumbs 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp Garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp dried Parsley 1 Egg (beaten) for dipping
Preheat oven to 400*F. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings. Drudge chop through egg then through bread crumb mixture. Bake in shallow baking dish for about 45 minutes.

Allison’s Pork Chops (Serves 2)
2 Boneless Pork Chops All Season Salt and Garlic Salt to taste.
Place pork chops on grill. Sprinkle with seasoning. Grill until grey.
Both chops were good. Allison’s were tasty but a little dry and could have used pepper. Autumn’s were good too, definitely more moist, but needed a little more salt. For me it was a tie. Ms Autumn gave me the saddest face, like, Mom I’m your kid you are supposed to pick mine!! Bobby gave Allison’s a slightly better score a 7.3 to Autumn’s 7.0. Here is the end result!
